Why link to rating sites?
Rating sites collect ratings for different companies and display these ratings in a manner that make buyers more confindent in buying or booking a service. Some ratingsites, such as Tripadvisor have become a natural part of certain businesses.
Google reviews also show up when people google your company or find it at Google Maps.
There are also rating sites that collect ratings in a passive manner, where unsatisfied customers can share their reviews, such as Trustpilot, Reco or Eniro.
Responsr can ask your customers to leave a review on any of the rating sites you choose. What rating sites you use is different from what business you are in and also what country. The good part is Responsr can offer many different alternatives for your clients.
Our recommendations:
- If you are in hospitality - Link to Tripadvisor. You can get it from your Tripadvisor account.
- If you are in any business - Link to your Google reviews form. You can get it from Google Business.
- If you have a lot of unbalanced negative reviews on Trustpilot or Reco. Then link to your form at their website. We would not suggest linking to Trustpilot unless you want to balance negative reviews that are already there.
Setting up review links
Setting up the review links is very simple.
1. Go to App settings
2. Edit review links
3. Enter the correct link to your companys review page at the reviewsite (ex. https://search.google.com/locale/writereview?...)
