Get your team involved and show the feedback from your customers in your Teams chat - it's super easy!
1. Click edit on your team in Microsoft Teams, then select "Apps"
2. In the App store search for "Incoming Webhook". Click on the app and "Add to a team"
3. Name your Webhook "Responsr" and upload an image. You can download the logo:
4. Teams will create a unique link for you to be used in Responsr. Copy the link.
5. Now log into Responsr and the go to "App settings" and click on the icon next to "Webhooks"
6. Click "Add" and paste the link from teams into Responsr.
7. Select "Microsoft Teams answer notification" and the Save button.
You are now up and running and new feedback will be posted to Microsoft Teams.
