Apps are out of the box full featured solutions to work with CX for a particular business. They come preconfigured for certain types of businesses and with out of the box integrations to booking systems, CRMs etc.
Apps come in different types i.e. Restaurants, Gym, Opticians, Golf etc. Unique for a type of App is its benchmark structure, collection of user data, touchpoints and the questions in the survey.
Let us say you run a Golf App in Responsr. You will then use the same benchmark structure (Country, Golf region, Number of holes) and ask your customers the same questions that all other Golf courses do through their apps of the same type. This gives you the possibility to compare your result against other Golf courses in your country and/or in your region and/or of your size. It also gives you the possibility to drill down into your different touchpoints. An example of a touchpoint within the Golf App is of course the Quality of the course. Therefor the survey asks about this in regards to:
- Course design
- Current condition
- Course maintenance
- Quality of tees
- Quality of greens
- Quality of ruff
- Quality of bunkers
- Quality of water obstacles
Every installed app gives you a NPS result. You can install as many apps as you want of any kind you want. This enables Restaurant chains to install one app per location as well as Multi service support if you are a Hotel with a separate Restaurant.
