Installing a new app

To use Responsr you will need an app, which is a prepackaged CX solution for your type of business. Your account can come with an app preistalled when you log in the first time or without an app depending on how you created your acocunt. 


If you already have apps installed and want to add an additional you can also follow this guide, but might need to click "My feedback apps" in the top of the page first.


The first time you log in - it might be you don't already have an app and the page looks like this:


1. Click "Add new app"-button

2. Select the app you want to use and click "Try out"

3. The app installs and you can use it by clicking "Open app" on it

4. The app comes preinstalled with some test data and will guide you to finishing settings.
