Removing personal data

If there is a request from a customer to remove individual personal data, then go to Customers and search for the customer.

Click on their profile and in the top right corner there is a button for removing their personal data.


Please note that if this personal data is added to the system through an integrated system such as a booking system or CRM, the personal data will be added again upon the next transaction from this system. Make sure any required personal data is removed in the source system before removing it in Responsr.
