The weekly or monthly trends
In businesses with seasonal fluctuations it is important to keep track of the changes in the market. You can follow how your score progresses week by week or month by month to make sure you are on the right track. Remember that bad weather or other outside factors might affect your business. Through the benchmarks in the trend chart you can see if your competition are having the same effects that you have and make sure you are allways the top performer.
Responserate
You can allways track your responserate through the analysis section of Responsr and compare to similar businesses. The responserate chart will show you the current score but also some metrics such as how the quality of the contact information affects your responserate.
